Through our own factory in Tunis, less than 1200 km from Lyon, or via our network of workshops selected for their expertise, we offer flexible production, from small runs to larger volumes. Every stage of manufacturing is meticulously monitored, from cutting to final quality control, to ensure impeccable results. We prioritize responsible materials and processes to reconcile excellence with respect for the environment.
Prototypes
We create prototypes in our own workshops, allowing us to test concepts before final production. Each prototype is carefully assembled, according to the client's technical and aesthetic specifications, to guarantee a perfect fit.
Materials and supplies
We offer a wide selection of materials and supplies, ranging from natural fabrics to technical textiles. Each material is carefully selected for its quality and can meet environmental certifications (GOTS, Oeko-Tex, etc.).
Production
We offer production solutions tailored to your needs, whether for structured ready-to-wear or technical clothing. We also specialize in the production of shoes, sneakers, leather goods, and fashion accessories (caps, etc.). Our teams manage every step of the process, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and defined quality standards.
Production sites
Our production, primarily located in Tunisia, offers an excellent balance between geographical proximity (less than 1200km from Lyon), textile expertise, and competitive pricing. A portion of our production (small batches) is manufactured in our own factories near Tunis. The remainder is produced by our local partners, renowned for their expertise and commitment to ethical working conditions. We also have partner factories throughout Europe.
Equipment
Our workshops are equipped with modern machines, including flatbed sewing machines, overlockers and specific equipment such as embroidery machines or automatic cutters, ensuring smooth and high-quality production.
Quality control
Rigorous quality control is carried out at every stage of production. We check not only the dimensions and finishes, but also compliance with your specifications to guarantee a defect-free product before shipment.
