Trend and style research
The first step is exploring current and emerging trends. We analyze markets, consumer behavior, and global influences to help you define a strong and innovative creative direction. Once this direction is established, our stylists create unique sketches in harmony with your vision. We explore cuts, colors, and materials to design a collection that perfectly reflects your brand identity, while remaining true to the defined trends and your core values.
Style and collection creation, textile design
Once the direction is established, our stylists create unique sketches in harmony with your vision. We explore cuts, colors, and materials to design a collection that perfectly reflects your brand identity and DNA.
We can also design your textile designs: printed by the linear meter (all over, panels), placed motifs (screen printing, flocking, flex, embroidery) and variations by color variant.
Patronage
Based on the approved sketches, our pattern makers create precise technical patterns. Each pattern is designed to ensure a perfect fit, taking into account the specific characteristics of the materials and designs to guarantee an optimal result, with the least possible fabric waste, through draping on a mannequin and flat pattern cutting.

Gradation
Grading involves adapting each model to different sizes.
Thanks to specialized tools, we ensure that proportions are respected for each size, in order to guarantee perfect harmony and comfort for every silhouette.

Technical file
We compile a complete technical file that gathers all the information necessary for manufacturing. This document includes technical specifications, cutting plans, sewing details, and production instructions for smooth and efficient execution.

Prototyping
Before going into production, we develop prototypes for each part.
These prototypes allow us to test the cuts, adjust the details and ensure that each garment meets the required quality criteria.
This phase is crucial to validate that the final product conforms to mass production.
